As a people-person mechanic, you will
Be genuinely happy to meet the customer as a person first, not just a person whose bike needs work

Follow a thorough check-in process
Handle multiple customer service situations at once
Quickly triage customers in rush situations
Accurately gauge customers’ expectations and meet them as best as possible

As a skilled mechanic, you can perform
