The Bromptons are coming! The Bromptons are coming! That's right. Introducing the Folding Thunder Brompton ride! This ride is for all Brompton lovers. It rides one or two Monday evenings a month through the Summer months into the early Fall leaving at 6:00 PM from our Downtown shop. It travels no more than 10 miles and Thunders about the sights and sounds of DC. The ride is a no drop ride and travels mostly in bike lanes at a mellow pace. We make our way to interesting sights like the National Mall, the White House, the Navy Yard, the Anacostia Riverwak Trail, the National Arboretum, the many Monuments and Memorials in DC as well as a brief stop to a coffee shop. The ride will be no longer than 2 hours and returns by the setting sun. Helmets, lights, spare tubes and a Brompton are recommended.

While primarily a ride for the revolutionary Bromptons, we will not turn away other unique folding bikes (or any non-foldies too- all are welcome) that wish to ride with us and attempt to steal our Thunder!
